Great resort, great room and amnesties. Rooms/condo is large and comfortable. Beds we upgraded. Great for families, pullout bed+ sofa bed + bedroom. Well located. Would return anytime.
Great place to stay in a more quiet part of Kihei but still within walking distance to restaurant and shops. Plenty of parking available, nice common area with well maintained BBQ area, pool, putting green and direct beach access. Rooms might be on the older site but clean, spacious and well equipped kitchen.
Not gonna lie, doesn't look like much from the parking lot side, but the actual condos are great, the outdoor area in the middle is fantastic (GREAT pool, 6 BBQ grills), the view is AMAZING, and the small beach is superb.
Best place to stay in Kihei - vibe is excellent, grounds are really well maintained, rooms are very functional and pool is warm and has a few areas where children can hang out. Sunsets of course are amazing. Ground floor rooms open to the inside lawn with the pool and barbecue, and it's great to just leave the patio door open and let kids run around and enjoy nature.
Maui Sunset has one of the best-maintained lawns in Kihei and offers direct shoreline access, making sunset views unforgettable. My unit was clean and fully equipped, though some interiors felt dated. The pool and grill areas were well-kept, and parking was easy. A peaceful spot ideal for couples or families.
The staff is super friendly! The entire grounds are kept up very well! The sunsets are truly picturesque. The water was nice and calm in the morning and filled with beautiful waves in the evening.
Had a lovely weeks vacation here in early September as part of a timeshare swap. The unit was clean and had everything one needed for a very comfortable stay. The grounds are exceptionally well maintained, with the (natural) grass looking like a putting green. The pool too was maintained daily. The quiet hours are adhered to so there were no late night disturbances. Highly recommended!
